Yacht Registration in the British Virgin Islands

We can help you register your yacht in the BVI. In order to do so we recommend you first incorporate a BVI IBC with nominee directors, then register the yacht in the name of the IBC.

We recommend that during the yacht registration process one of our representatives should be appointed a director of the BVI IBC or hold a power of attorney. This will ensure that he has the capacity to prepare and file all registration documentation in respect of the yacht with the BVI Registrar of Shipping.

Once the registration of the yacht is completed, our representative will resign as director.
