BVI

The British Virgin Islands is in the Caribbean and is a British overseas dependant territory. It is the world's leading corporate domicile, as well as being one of the world's largest mutual fund domiciles and a useful jurisdiction for captive insurance companies.

English common law is its legal system and it uses the US$ as its base currency. Osiris is based in the BVI and feels that it offers a number of advantages over its competitors.
